It does seem to me that you've hit the nail on the head and its time to differentiate roles within the SDs to have them focus in a particular area, with these 2 being responsible for player sales only.
Spot on. We all need to see how this works out over the next few weeks and comment (react) at that time. For now how about we all follow suit - keep our views private and silent! A tough ask I do understand

Thanks for the article. I know we repeating this conversation over and over. Now that we've binned 2bn in bringing players it's time to realize that:
- 21-22 should be the "full squad" no matter what (there teams with less players managing PL,CL and cups matches throughout the season)
- priority should be quality over quantity
- (PL) experience really matters
- leadership and versatility a must
- player trading isn't the way to succeed
- there should be a cap of under 23yo players (this helps significantly in season's final stage)
Should they keep going on doing the opposite or different strategy, then the driving a season into a ditch. Simple as that.
