Welcome to hump day!
The Premier League returns this weekend, but the focus is still very much on the transfer market as we see that out this month. Chelsea might be pivoting on some incoming plans they have had and actually, we could end up seeing more incomings than we expected to see. I have some big new updates from sources on the plans here.
A new centre back is still being looked at this window, but Xabi Alonso really likes Wesley Fofana. A new centre back is dependent on another name though, and I have the full drop on that story via our sources here.
