A big new pursuit on the cards?

I hinted at this yesterday on the Live Blog, but Chelsea are looking to pivot slightly on their final transfer plans this window, and I’ll let you all decide if that’s good or bad news.

What’s happened is Xabi Alonso has come in and has been assessing players and making some final decisions on what he wants to see in his squad come the end of the window. So as the final decisions are being concluded, and player sales go through, it looks like we could see a slight pivot in direction of the final plans.
