Umm can’t ever remember wellbeck being a player on people’s lips for the club to sign over the past 10-15 years Might be something to do with his level and is a real indicator to where the club is with recruitment and quality.
Yes they certainly need to push some sales through. I’m happy with recruiting some really experienced players it’s exactly what the squad needed. As you say losing to Spuds is never acceptable and especially not a particularly strong team that was down to 10 but realising it’s only preseason.
