Hope you’re having a good week so far.
With just 12 days left of the window, I am growing concerned that we wont do what is needed with our squad. I don’t doubt Xabi Alonso, but I would doubt the squad. I have some words on that and what is still needed here. We absolutely MUST still get this right, but there’s so much to do.
Speaking of the owners and concerns, they managed to piss off the fan base again this week by renaming the U19s and U21s squads as ‘Cobham Next Gen’. Yep, you did read that right and yep, I also cringed when I read it. It’s annoyed many fans, words here.
It looks like Todd Boehly has also had enough of it and might be jumping ship. I’ve got some info and words on that situation here, as well as some interesting quotes from ESPN.

Only me that don't mind the renaming? Doesn't offend me whatsoever. But yeah the end of the window is looking dicey. Extremely angry that Sanchez is still here. We will be in a situation this season where we have to depend on a young player in the goal because Sanchez has messed up yet again!
