I agree but just like Reece James, I don't see Fofana as ever being fit for more than 2-3 games again in his career without getting injured for months. It's such a shame we are being robbed of their talents.
Availability is everything for us this season imo. Doesn't matter who the coach is, it's a big ask to achieve their goals missing 8 - 12 key players all season. If they manage to solve whatever was behind that, this squad can really turn into something special. Hopefully we get a full season of these two, James, Nkunku, a fully-fit Enzo, just to name a few.

We are stacked in the CB department.
LCB - Colwill, Badiashile (2)
RCB - Fofana, Adarabioyo, Chalobah, Disasi, Humphreys (5)
Definitely need to sell 2-3 players. I’m a huge fan of Chalobah esp given how he ended the season but I don’t see how he stays given the depth chart.
I think Adarabioyi on a free is a like for like replacement for Chalobah who can then be sold for pure profit.
Humphreys will also likely be sold for pure profit or loaned depending on what SDs view as his max upside.
That leaves Disasi as the odd one out. I assume they’ll keep him for first half of the season in case Fofana has any injury issues.
