The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Friday 7th November 2025!
Morning all,
Welcome to the weekend once again people!
We got Wolves at home this Saturday in the 8pm kick off in what should be a nice little three points. We can never expect it though, and again, Wolves could provide some problems. But also, we need to win these games if we want to be up there come the end of the season. Go time.
You can check in on all the latest general Chelsea news from across the last 24 hours in the same place here to kick things off today.
We discussed all of the latest Chelsea news as well as ahead to Wolves in our latest Podcast here.
Some more articles now written off the back of our draw against Qarabag in the week.
First of all, read every word Enzo Maresca said after the match here, including him saying individual errors are not down to lack of experience, Alejandro Garnacho played well, and the issues were in both boxes.
What is the reason for our inconsistencies and individual errors in my opinion? I explain all of that here, and for me, it’s not really squad rotation.
Romeo Lavia came off after just five minutes in that game, and unfortunately there is a concerning pattern continuing there. I do think it’s worth having just a bit more patience with him though, and I explain why here.
The Score is NOT happy with our squad build and he says it needs to be addressed in the winter window as well as in the summer. Read his latest here.
Have a great weekend all. I’ll be back on Sunday, and I’ll have the Live Discussion Thread going on the Substack App for the game on Saturday night!
Peace, Si.
