Chelsea have now placed a second offer in for a player that Xabi Alonso has put forward to his Blueco bosses this summer transfer window.

Alonso was given a criteria of the price range of player he could look for to bring in to this certain position on the pitch, and Alonso put this name forward as a result of that.
