Welcome to the summer 2025 transfer deadline day! As always, anything can happen until the window is shut, and there’s still a few ongoing situations and potential stories to bubble up around Chelsea.

I had a couple of sourced articles out yesterday as well. These will still be in date mainly as they weren’t moving transfer stories. One is on the condition of Cole Palmer after his groin injury. Thomas Tuchel is not happy but Palmer is still feeling discomfort. Get the inside drop on that here.
Enzo Maresca had a few transfer requests for his squad this summer and many of them have been actioned. But not all of them, and Maresca is unhappy according to our sources. Check that story out here.
I wrote my opinions on the Nicolas Jackson situation on Sunday morning which you can find here. For me, I never want any player in our team who does not want to be here, and that’s Jackson. I get both sides of the story though but there’s no doubt that it’s a messy situation that is not needed for us right now.
