The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Friday 24th April 2026!
Morning all,
Corrr we’ve had a right old week haven’t we? It’s been a madness.
Liam Rosenior has gone, and Callum McFarlane leads us into the Leeds game this weekend. More protest plans for the game at Wembley with a Blueco out van going around. Not good. But anyways, lets hope for the best and hope for a final to look forward to at least.
Chelsea fans have well and truly had enough with this club under these owners - many of us are holding on by a thread, even those who have always been so positive up until this point.
I’ve got ALL the exclusive insider info on Liam Rosenior being sacked and what happens next. Names of new candidates in here.
Just imagine consistently performing badly in your job but then being backed by your manager, given a contract extension, and a pay rise. Imagine. That’s what’s happening at our beloved club right now. But yeah, let’s just keep blaming managers instead eh? Words here.
John Terry should have been handed the interim head coach role without any doubts at all, or at least put on the staff with Callum. But no, the club are dead against that, and it’s absolutely disgraceful how our legend is being treated. Words here.
The Score has also hit rock bottom supporting this club. You can get his latest words here detailing the sad state of affairs right now.
Round up all your latest general Chelsea news from across the last 24 hours in the same place here.
Anyways, we do have a game this weekend so Up The Chels as always! I’ll have the Live Discussion Thread going on the app, and I will be on the site on Sunday with my latest set of articles, bound to have more exclusives for you with everything going on!
Peace, Si.

Ignoring JT who happily likes and supports a racist online. Yh what a travesty it is by not making him a manager or part of the first team.
I don't think JT is the answer at present. I do think an incoming manager may look at him as an assistant but as soon as we have a poor run of form, speculation will be for JT to take over. I said exactly this when Rosenior was appointed.
Don't expect a quick change at SD level but do expect scrutiny and changes to be made. I suspect with a large group it will be a case of pin the tail on the donkey
One thing that is not in doubt is if the manager doesn't perform, they are gone. The Chelsea way.
As for the here and now, what has been has gone and its time to get behind the team until the end of season. Definitely a case of one step back but it can only be a small step.
