Liam Delap getting injured was a massive blow for all involved and came at such a bad time.
Chelsea had little time to react to the injury whilst the market was still open, and Delap was only just getting started after getting his big career move.
He was signed as a needed focal point in Chelsea’s attack, something that has been missing since his injury now.
It was bad news for all to hear that we wont be seeing him again until early 2026 and will have less than half a season to play out.
