Chelsea have lowballed an opening offer for Granit Xhaka because they know the player will push for the move and also, Chelsea value him at £10m-£15m.
As reported earlier, Sunderland have no intentions to sell him. However, if the player asks to go then a deal is still possible. But not at £8m. We will have to see if there is any leeway on both sides on the fee.
