The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Wednesday 28th August 2024!
Morning all,
I ran out of title space to write snippets on all our content today, there is LOADS going on!
Three days left of the transfer window now and we have a big Podcast announcement to make! We have a transfer special show later today with one of the better transfer news reporters coming on to cover all things Chelsea and what to expect for these final two or three days! I’ll announce the name on the live blog today very soon!
There was no live blog yesterday as I was out for the day, but I did round up all the main bits of Chelsea news and latest transfer rumours in a news report last night. So that will be your best place to head to first here in order to get all the latest happenings ahead of transfer deadline day! In this also, there is some pretty big sourced news on the latest on Victor Osimhen, Ivan Toney, Jadon Sancho, Raheem Sterling, Trevoh Chalobah, and more! Fabrizio Romano is also talking about 4 strikers Chelsea could go for this week, I’ll have names of 7 out VERY SOON on the home page!! 👀
We also have a game coming up on Thursday, the return leg of our Conference League tie against Servette. Enzo Maresca managed to change the game at half time against Wolves with his team talk, but let’s hope he wont even need to do that on Thursday. What exactly did Maresca say and how did he turn it around at Wolves? Find that out in our sourced article in here!
Victor Osimhen is THE big story for the end of the transfer window for Chelsea. Will they pull it off? What is the latest on that? Well, I had a big sourced article with some positive updates on that which can be found in here. I put this out early yesterday morning and late last night every outlet was confirming what I reported in this :)
My next article is centered around Noni Madueke and his fantastic performance against Wolves. What he has done here is show an example to the rest of the squad what you will need to do as a Chelsea player this season, you have to make yourself un-droppable with such a big squad to compete with. More on that in here.
It was Bank Holiday on Monday that’s why Luke wasn’t about (I forgot). But we have him today and he’s taken a look at where Jadon Sancho might fit in if Chelsea get that one done. You can check that out in full in here.
Right, I’ll be back on the live blog from around 8.30am today as usual. See you all there for some more drama and expected busy times!!
Peace, Si.

If they can’t get the striker they really want just don’t buy.
Hi Si, Who are the other two names on the striker shortlist?
