Sources: Joao Felix deal closes in, Victor Osimhen next?

At the time of writing this early Sunday morning, Joao Felix to Chelsea is not yet a done deal. But SPTC sources are hearing that it’s pretty much a formality now with some final details to tie up and get done.
The move is now closing in and has reached the final stages, but with many people involved and many complexities around the deal, we still have to wait and get those bits done before we can say Felix is 100% rejoining Chelsea.
On the Conor Gallagher side, those bits were all done a while ago now and are just ready to be signed off, he even completed his Atletico Madrid medical. That’s all ready to go.
