Morning all,
It’s been another weekend of international football, but thankfully we can now focus on Chelsea being back again next weekend. We only have to go to Anfield though!
There were Chelsea players in action this weekend of course, and Mykhailo Mudryk got on the scoresheet for Ukraine with a nice finish.
England played last night as well and beat Finland 3-1. No report from me on the game this time, but I will be putting a bit more about Cole Palmer’s performance today after watching it back.
Sticking with England for now, and apparently Lee Carsley doesn’t want to take the job full time now. So who will be the next England manager, and is there a Chelsea connection with this story? I have a sourced report on that in here and naming the name who the FA are chasing hard to bring in as next boss!

Meanwhile, former Blues player Pat Nevin admits that he now sees the vision and what Chelsea’s owners have been trying to do. Sounds like an opinion change from Pat, but he’s got some smart words in here that I am sure many of us will agree with right now.
Estevao Willian has had some big interviews out this weekend, and it’s been incredible to see how mature he is on and off the pitch. He had some words on Cole Palmer too, and his confidence and mentality actually mirrors Cole. Words from me and quotes from Estevao in here.
