Sources: Chelsea's interest in Yan Diomande, Neville and Carragher question Liam Rosenior appointment, Summer of 2026 biggest under this ownership, FAN VIEW: Chelsea poorly run but far from doomsday..
The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Tuesday 6th January 2026!
Morning all,
I hope you’ve had a good start to the week and I feel for you all having to go back to work after some time off. Sometimes I think I’m lucky to not have the time off because I never have the dreads of having to go back!
Lot’s going on around our club right now, and you can grab all the latest in general from across the last 24 hours in the same place here.
I had a big sourced article out yesterday on a new transfer target. That would have gone into your inboxes anyway but in case you missed it, find out about Chelsea’s interest in Yan Diomande here.
Both Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher have been questioning the appointment of Liam Rosenior as Chelsea’s new head coach. I think many will agree with some of the points in this here, but perhaps not all of them.
The Score believes Chelsea are poorly run, but we are far from the doomsday scenarios that some are putting out there right now. Read his latest article here.
I believe that the summer of 2026 is the biggest under this ownership so far. Six managers under their tenure, there is no more room for failure and they need to get the recruitment spot on this summer. Words from me here.
See you all on the next live blog from around 8.45am today on the home page!
Peace, Si.
