As we have been reporting on here a few times in recent months, Chelsea have been taking a look at the West Ham squad this summer since the Hammers got relegated.
It’s an opportunity to sometimes pick a player up for a cheaper fee, and it will also make players more attainable because they will be looking to get out of their relegated club.
Chelsea looked at a few other relegated clubs and clubs who looked like they could be leading to relegation too. But there are some developing talks now with West Ham about one of their players in particular right now, and at this moment, despite having interest in him as well, it is not Jarrod Bowen - at least not yet.
