Sources: Chelsea make checks on Benfica defender, How to lose fans and alienate supporters, #StopExploitingLoyalty, Estevao coming in, but are you selling Noni Madueke? News roundups, Much more....
The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Wednesday 25th June 2025!
Morning all,
Chelsea played overnight against ES Tunis in our final group game of the Club World Cup 2025.
The Blues eased past a poor opposition winning 3-0 on the night, and there was an impressive first goal for Liam Delap. Chelsea seemingly played well and did the job whilst also restricting the opposition to ZERO shots on goal! Great stuff and a great reaction after losing our last game.
I was obviously not staying away overnight to watch this one but I’ll try catch the game at some point soon and put some reactions out.
We had a sourced article out yesterday as well with Chelsea running some checks on one new centre back target ahead of a potential move. But Chelsea did find some concerns. Full details in this here.
Estevao has had a decent Club World Cup so far and will soon be joining Chelsea this summer. With our new winger situations going on right now, what would you want to see happen with Noni Madueke seeing as Estevao will be looking to take his spot this season? Story and polls here.
The owners are annoying the entire fan base once again and in fact, there’s been a lot of anger and frustration directed at them this week. One of the reasons is due to transfer links and the interest in Alejandro Garnacho. How to lose fans and alienate supporters can be read in full here.
And the name of that article is fully relevant for the next article as well. The Chelsea Supporters’ Trust are not happy for a bunch of valid reasons as the club target hard working people’s pockets. The CST have started a #StopExploitingLoyalty campaign aimed at the owners. You can read all about that here, but it’s not a good look.
As always, you can check in on all of the latest Chelsea news in general from across the last 24 hours here.
See you all on the next live blog from around 8.30am today!
Peace, Si.
