As Chelsea do, they continue to run checks on and show interest in a number of different players ahead of a possible move to sign them.

We have the January transfer window coming up, although we are yet to know just how active the club will be in that one. We have to wait and see, but they have been considering and speaking about any potential moves they want to do, or whether they can just wait until the summer.

For me, a lot of that will depend on results between now and January, as well as any injuries that may occur.
