Maxence Lacroix is a done deal but why has he not been announced?

Chelsea are still expected to announce the signing of Maxence Lacroix from Crystal Palace soon, but they continue talks with his club regarding a few other players, SPTC Sources can reveal.

Now, this one went out on the Live Blog yesterday, but there is important and significant information in this, so I wanted to put it in article format to make sure everyone has seen it, and add further info.

As we said yesterday, there are no issues with the Lacroix deal, it’s just not been announced yet; news that was then backed up by Fabrizio Romano last night.
