January plans start to take shape

Chelsea are starting to action some of their January transfer plans as we head into the World Cup.

As we know, the new owners are going to be backing Graham Potter in the next couple of transfer windows and between them all, with Potter and his recruitment guys, and the new experts we are bringing in, they will be making the big decisions collectively, with some moves expected in January.
