Some potential developments now in the future of Enzo Fernandez and Chelsea.

Xabi Alonso has come out and said that he is looking forward to working with Fernandez soon, when he returns from the World Cup.

Argentina are in the final this Sunday, and then Fernandez will have a little break before returning to Cobham to start pre-season training for Chelsea under Alonso. Or at least, that is the plan.

Fernandez is not expected to go AWOL or anything like that, and he is expected to return to training at Chelsea. That is what is expected anyway, we’ll see if that happens.

As we know, his desire is STILL to leave Chelsea this summer, and their camp has been left frustrated with the situation.
