Maybe I am reading this wrong, but npxG is Non-Penalty Expected Goals, so the xG per game when you remove penalties, as I understand it.
So, if I have have that correct they average 0.98 xG for every 7 games played (excluding pens). That can't be right can it? I assume it's a typo or I am reading it totally wrong.
There was quite a bit of concern on the site yesterday regarding Danny’s piece after his meeting at the club. I have read it multiple times and I’m afraid it just sounds like club PR. The fans get nothing from them and they appear arrogant and aloof and my opinion still stands after the interview. I don’t expect miracles as I have mentioned before just to be less than 10 points behind who ever wins the league would have been enough. They said judge us after 4 transfer windows well they have had more than that and we are currently 17 points behind Arsenal and we have plenty of games still left to go and I can see it only going one way.
For me it all hinges on whether the players take to him or not. I’ve got no doubts about his character or his coaching ability, but the players have to take him seriously

I had to stop and read that multiple times also. I'm still not quite sure how it's meant to be read, but my theory is 0.14 is npxG per shot.
