Welcome to hump day. I thought Chelsea were back this weekend but then I found out that it’s actually NEXT weekend. What on earth?! An extra long international break after just 5 games into the new season? GOOD ONE… Sigh.

I was annoyed with Roy Keane’s comments on Cole Palmer earlier this week, it was nonsense. Rio Ferdinand, who I rarely agree with, was actually bang on the money with his response to Keane here.
The international break continues, and it was Romeo Lavia vs Maxence Lacroix earlier this week, with the latter coming out on top. However, both players played well, and I hone in on a fine Lavia performance here.
Estevao has been much talked about this week, and I’ve got another article on him here. He needs to do more and step up now, but if we want to give him a run of games, this here is how we get him in the starting Xl.
Finally, another failed loan move on the cards? Benoit Badiashile has played just 10 minutes for Napoli so far, and those 10 minutes were a nightmare. Rumours here that they are already unlikely to trigger the buy option.
