The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Friday 13th October 2023!

Morning all,

Happy Friday everyone hope it’s been a good week for you all and you all have a top weekend! No Chelsea in action of course, but there is plenty of international football to watch with some of our players in action. I’m not even mentioning that dreaded word that we all hope stays well clear of our players this weekend!

Either way, at least we do have some footy to watch and of course, I know many of you will have local football still on to go watch or even play in! I am playing Saturday as long as the rain doesn’t cancel it!

Now to today’s content.

I have a big player focus article on Cole Palmer to kick things off today. In this I have sourced inside info on how he was targeted and signed by Chelsea, the alternative names also on the shortlist that we looked at, how he has settled in, and more words on the quality he has. Also some words from Palmer himself in here.

The ever popular polls article is out a day later this week but we have it out all the same! These poll articles take a lot of thinking about so they actually take the most amount of time really! I think I have nailed the latest collection of polls that I’d love you all to get involved with here.

Luke Rushbrook was on hand to help me out again today as my Thursday was quite busy with some home tasks I needed to get done, as well as the Podcast. So we have two excellent articles from Luke to take a look at today.

His first one is a very good scouting performance review on Bashir Humphreys here. This follows on from my article earlier this week suggesting Bashir could save us millions this summer.

And Luke’s second article is pondering the international break and who he is looking forward to watching, with of course, many of our lads in action. Great little preview piece here.
