The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Thursday 10th August!

Morning all!

Plenty going on as usual and you are in the best place to not miss a damn thing in the world of Chelsea!

Rumours of Kepa Arrizabalaga still potentially leaving Chelsea this window and how we might look to ‘replace’ the injured Christopher Nkunku in today’s newsletter, as well as the latest transfer news on Moises Caicedo, Tyler Adams etc, and YOU having your say in the bumper polls article!

Let’s start with the second biggest story from yesterday, Kepa to Bayern Munich. I have sourced information on that as well as my opinion in here. The first big story of course was Reece James being officially announced as our new club captain, and what a moment that was! More on that in the blog below.

With Christopher Nkunku expected to be out until around December time, how will Chelsea look to replace him? With a new attacking midfielder? With a new striker? Or use what they already have? I ponder all that and add my opinion and info to it here.

As we approach Liverpool, at the time of typing, we are going in to this game with just two senior/experienced midfield options who can play as a six, Conor Gallagher and Enzo Fernandez. For me, that’s not good enough, and I explain more and why in here.
