Morning!

Today will see the end of an era for this community. Dan McCarthy (Macca) is hosting his last Podcast for us. As explained last week, Macca has left the community by mutual consent basically down to time constraints and just not being able to commit his all to the show anymore. It’s not the end, as he will be coming back on as a regular guest as much as possible, but his lead hosting days for us are over for now. Tonight he will be hosting his last show, so do not miss this one! Recording at around 3.30pm UK time, show out around 5pm ish. It’s a sad day.

But the show must go on, and it will go on. And we WILL take the Podcast forward rather than backwards in Macca’s absence. As you will know, I am searching for a new lead Podcast host, and it’s turning into a saga. I’m asking for your help with it all as well in a series of polls all this week. Right, now down to the juicy stuff. Rayan Cherki to Chelsea anyone? As you will know, we had the exclusive on this two weeks ago when we reported Chelsea’s interest in the Lyon attacker. Things are developing on this, and we have the latest on that here.

Chelsea have done some fantastic work with outgoings so far this window and deserve plaudits for that. But not only are they digging out some of the deadwood and toxic players, for the ones they haven’t yet managed to sell, they are keeping them away from Cobham. Again, I applaud them and Mauricio Pochettino for this in words here.
