Kerim Alajbegovic bring convinced by Xabi Alonso as Chelsea try to close the deal
Personal terms are close
Chelsea are trying to bring another player in for manager Xabi Alonso this summer in the shape of Kerim Alajbegovic.
The 18-year-old winger is well known by Alonso, being owned by his former club Bayer Leverkusen.
The youngster is already a full Bosnian international with 14 caps to his name, but he is largely inexperienced in terms of senior football, only making 44 appearances on loan with Red Bull Salzburg so far.
But he is a player that Alonso has been watching for some time and has seemingly been running his own scouting on the winger. Hence why Chelsea are working hard to bring him in. He is also a player with versatility and able to operate on either wing, or in the 10 role.
