Haaland heating up, don't rule out Lukaku, how transfer business works, transfer news snippets, England at the Euros

Welcome back to another newsletter focused on the Champions of Europe, Chelsea FC!

I’ll never get bored of saying that despite even now still finding it hard to believe we are actually the European Champions once again. I WILL continue to remind the world of this fact, and I’m sure you guys will join me in doing so!

Anyways, the domestic season is over, but man am I glad we have a summer packed full of football, with many Chelsea players in action at the Euros.

Kick off is this Friday, and England’s first match is on Sunday. Three Chelsea players hopefully involved in this one, and obviously being English myself, I put my thoughts down on the team, Gareth Southgate, and how far I think we can get in the competition here.

Romelu Lukaku will be involved in the Euros this summer, whilst Erling Haalnd will not.

Chelsea have strong links with both players recently, and our guy Dan McCarthy penned his views and has given the latest information he’s got on the Lukaku situation here.

Although, you might be a bit more interested in the latest information I was told over the weekend regarding Erling Haaland to Chelsea.

Finally, there’s been a lot of moaning and groaning on Twitter surrounding transfer rumours and things changing. I ask those people, are you new to transfer news!? This is why it is aptly called ‘silly season’.

I just wanted to give y’all some insight into exactly how transfer business works and how Chelsea operate, off the back of knowledge gained inside 10 years+ of reporting on it.
