The media are catching up now....
As we exclusively reported here two weeks ago, Chelsea are considering a move to sign Lyon attacker Rayan Cherki.
The reliable Julien Laurens of ESPN, as well as other media outlets, are now reporting this news.
As of right now, there is nothing yet advanced and no official moves have been made, but I did hear early on Tuesday morning that Chelsea were now seriously considering making an offer to sign Cherki, who they believe is gettable this summer window.
The same source who told me the Cherki news first, has said that it is Laurence Stewart who is the main one pushing for this move, and that Chelsea are broadly happy with the conditions of the deal told to them by Lyon in an enquiry.
