Wow, a week until Christmas Day, how did that happen? Where did summer go? And how are we midway through another season already? Just stop!

Olivier Giroud has become the latest former Chelsea player to join my team of ‘we need more experience’ in this squad. And what a team this is. These guys know what they are talking about. So once again, I encourage the Chelsea board to listen to them here.
Speaking of more experience being needed, I am starting my Thiago Silva back to Chelsea propaganda! It literally makes TOO much sense. Let me explain what I mean and why this is a no brainer in here.
