Back to business now and it’s the business end of the summer transfer window as we hit the final 7 days of it. There is still so much to do and many deals that are expected to go through. It’s going to be busy.

Carney Chukwuemeka has got his move away and it’s a very good move for him back to Dortmund but this time on a permanent deal. I’ve always rated this guy very highly and I’m really disappointed to see him go. Some words on Carney and his situation here.

We still need to await the diagnosis of Cole Palmer’s injury issues to his groin, but I have written an article regardless saying that we can be OK without Palmer. It’s far from ideal and obviously I’d rather have him playing because he is THAT good - but we are no longer Cole Palmer FC and that’s a good thing. Words here.
