Chelsea will listen to offers for many of their players this summer, and Pedro Neto is certainly one of those under that remit.
The club are not actively looking to sell the Portuguese international, but if an offer comes in that Chelsea are happy with, then they will sell Neto.
And it looks like those offers are starting to come in, and Chelsea will soon have a decision to make.
