EXCL: Chelsea add new Victor Osimhen/Ivan Toney alternative to the shortlist

A new international striker joins Chelsea's shortlist

As of now, the situations with both Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen remains the same as from my last report, which you can recap on here.

No final decisions have been made yet.

Chelsea are looking at ALL of their options though and as you know, Toney and Osimhen are not the only strikers being looked at and being shortlisted by the club right now.

They are looking at other options just in case, which is obviously a very smart thing to do whether Osimhen and Toney are staying the priority targets or not, which I believe they are.

But there has been a new name added to the shortlist in recent talks, and this guy can certainly be described as an all round number 9.
