Just been reflecting on some of yesterday’s posts. If the owners/Sporting directors sell Gallagher & Madueke in January & yet keep likes of Jackson & Sterling it will be very disillusioned with their footballing knouse. It will take something very special to restore my faith. Gallagher leaves it all on the field & has often been our best player, Madueke hasn’t been given the chance, but has performed when opportunity arisen, yet Sterling & Jackson, with some exceptions have consistently failed to deliver when needed. As for selling Chalobah, having bought Desasi🙄 - just resigned to that happening. Have been a supporter for over 55 years & will always be. The Club is always bigger than one or two players, but we often don’t understand some of the decision making & rarely, if at all, is it explained. Think that’s why I appreciated The Score’s article & am just airing some of my thoughts/reflections.
Must say, thought The Score’s article was very well written, balanced & thought provoking. What are the chances of it getting to the right ears & you guys getting a response on this page? Not unrealistic given your ‘pedigree’ & the reputation of Si & Co😀
