Covering: Ownership Latest, A Look Into The Boehly Consortium, Silent Bidder, Who Is Deciding The New Owners?, Emerson Back To #CFC?, Sources On Lampard's Everton Problems..
Morning!
It was a busier than normal Birthday for me yesterday, and thanks all for the well wishes. It’s hard to focus on much else other than the ownership at Chelsea Football Club right now, with it honestly being the biggest thing at this club for the last 20 years.
It is SO important that we get good new owners, and we as fans can certainly play our part. Let’s continue with the #NoToRicketts campaign on social media and get our voices heard.
Catch up on all the latest ownership news from multiple top sources here and see exactly where we are at right now. Also noise of a potential silent bidder in this one.
One VERY strong contender to get the club is an impressive consortium put together by American Todd Boehly, and I have penned some more information and my thoughts on that group here as they remain one of the leading candidates.
A lot of contrasting things have been written about who actually makes the final decision about who will own Chelsea next. So I’ve cleared all that up here.
The summer transfer plans are completely on the back burner, but a a player we might soon need to be thinking about coming back into the squad is Emerson Palmieri, and you can grab the latest on that here.
And finally, a sourced story here on Chelsea legend Frank Lampard and the tough time he is going through at Everton right now.
Remember, myself and Dan are recording the next Podcast this afternoon and will be out as soon as it’s done.
Have a great Humpday!
Peace, Si.
