I hope you all had a good weekend. Chelsea certainly did as they sent us off into another international break happy.

The Blues thrashed Wolves 3-0 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday in what was a very important win at a very important time. You can check in on my full reactions to the game along with some stats and video footage here.

Enzo Maresca was happy after the game of course, but he still believes that his side can ‘do many things better’ as he sets the standards ahead of our next games coming up. You can check out his full reactions here.

What also impressed me yesterday was another solid defensive display, something that I feel we have needed. We’ve criticised our back line a lot lately, so it’s really important to highlight just how good they were against Wolves. It’s good to see a consistent centre back pairing, words on that here.

Some more stats and facts here from the Wolves game, specifically from how Enzo Fernandez played. He got named the Premier League POTM and it was deserved. Luckily, Enzo is not heading off on this next international break which is a very wise and smart decision by him.
