The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Tuesday 12th December 2023!
Morning all,
Times are tough right now as a Chelsea fan and I dare say that I am actually getting used to it as we’ve been down for so long now. I saw, and still do see, light at the end of the tunnel, but I fear things will still be getting worse before they get better.
So much to say, so much to ponder, so many issues, so many different opinions and things to take into account. So I’m glad I got plenty of help with today’s articles.
First of all, lets have a look at the latest from our new analyst, Seun. He’s put out his Everton tactical analysis article complete with diagrams and videos for you all to take a deeper look into Sunday’s game here.
I also had Luke on hand to for his usual daily article for us. Bless him, like many of us he’s pretty much had it with speaking about Chelsea right now and didn’t have the energy to talk about our last two games. So he has done something light-hearted and fun instead here, which I am sure you will all welcome away from the turmoil right now.
We also had The Score put out a fantastic article for us simply titled ‘Enough is enough, Chelsea have to change to regain our soul.’ This here is the best article I’ve ever read from The Score and really touches on so many things that I am sure we are all resonating with right now and can agree on. A must read, this.
And finally, of course I also had some thoughts on it all. I’ve focused today on the comments made by Mauricio Pochettino after the Everton game, and the fact he is asking for transfers even after the club have already spent £1billion on signing new players, really does sum up one of our biggest issues for me. My thoughts on all of that here.
Oh yes, and the live blog was running yesterday as always, and there are many comments and good opinions for our community on here worth checking out, as well as all your general Chelsea news from across the last 24 hours in one place here.
Thanks everyone for coming here everyday and suffering together! Your comments and time is much appreciated by me and by all of our team here at SPTC! Whatever happens with Chelsea, even if we were in The National League, as I always say, I’ll be here regardless as I have been since the age of 5!
Peace, Si.
